Leadership is basically an ability to guide and motivate others to achieve a common goal. It can be perceived as emotion laden process where one person supports others for completion of a task. Leadership is a trait that one possesses to lead others and that person is called “Leader”. He is passionate to provide vision, define purpose and set goals for his followers.
